EPPOVHA understands the role the media plays in this era. It engages with citizens and the population through the media. As such:

• Advocacy spot messages and radio talk shows are conducted on radio on a regular basis-topics for discussion have include violence against women, strikes in schools, HIV/AIDS and orphans and vulnerable children.
• Resources-A Handbook for Managing Peace Clubs in Schools and Communities was developed by EPPOVHA.
• EPPOVHA is in active partnership with the Media Association of Northern Uganda where matters affecting the people are discussed through participatory and citizen journalism.
